Xfinity Store Redesign - Creating a Better Shopper Experience

Catalyst for Change - Xfinity stores needed to be more engaging and drive sales and yet as a cable company selling entertainment, their stores were purely transactional and static.

The Solution - Create a physical environment designed to invite and surprise in a more emotional way by embracing how people prefer to explore, create and engage. At every touchpoint there is a motion story. This brought the brand to life. Shoppers came it to pay their bills but were met with a journey of self-discovery to see what other solutions Xfinity had to make their lives easier. This included an area that showed how all the cable boxes worked and connected so an employee could trouble-shoot a problem with a customer. it showed a smart home area and how each element could enhance your life. It included better seating areas for people waiting to be helped and showcased content on large screens to upsell cable plans.
